3. Quotes and Estimates Are Not Binding Until Confirmed

Submitting a quote request form, calling, or texting us does not create a binding contract, scheduled appointment, or guaranteed price. Quotes and estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or by text are based on the information available at the time and are subject to confirmation following an on-site assessment. Final pricing, scope of work, and scheduling are confirmed directly between you and Longhorn before any work begins.

Site conditions such as rock type, terrain, accessibility, and project scope can affect final pricing and timelines. Longhorn will communicate any changes to the original estimate before proceeding with additional work.

4. Consent to Be Contacted, Including by SMS

By submitting your phone number through our Site, including by checking the applicable consent checkbox, you expressly consent to be contacted by Longhorn Arena Rock Crushing by phone, email, and SMS text message at the number provided, including by automated means, regarding your quote request, project scheduling, site assessment confirmations, and project updates.

5. Site Access and Project Conditions

Rock-crushing services are performed on-site using specialized tractor-mounted equipment. By requesting a site assessment or scheduling a project, you confirm that you have the legal right to grant Longhorn access to the property for evaluation and work purposes. You are responsible for identifying and disclosing any known underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, or other buried hazards on the property prior to the start of work. Longhorn is not responsible for damage to undisclosed underground utilities or structures.

Weather, terrain conditions, and equipment availability may affect scheduling. Longhorn will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays or changes to the project timeline.

6. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While Longhorn is committed to quality workmanship, the final surface condition of crushed rock and ground material can vary based on existing soil composition, rock type and density, moisture conditions, and site-specific terrain. Longhorn does not guarantee a specific surface outcome, drainage performance, or long-term durability beyond what is reasonably achievable given site conditions, and recommends ongoing property maintenance as appropriate for your intended use (e.g., arena footing, agricultural land, roadways).

7. Testimonials

Testimonials displayed on this Site reflect the individual experiences of the clients identified and are provided voluntarily. They are not paid endorsements unless otherwise disclosed. Individual results may vary, and a testimonial from one client does not guarantee similar results, pricing, or timelines for any other client or property.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Longhorn Arena Rock Crushing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.
